About Me
Hey!
I am a dance choreographer & instructor with over 15 years of experience and trained over 500 students. I specialize in Bollywood Freestyle & Gujarati folk style Garba. My method is based on strengthening the basic concepts of dancing and then taking it to a higher level, keeping the student’s performance in mind. This is important to ensure effective learning along with a sense of satisfaction. Being a dance instructor is my way of staying in touch with the art form.

The class will start off with the warm-up, followed by the basics, and then continue to the steps of the choreography. Different kinds of dance forms will be taught. If anyone is interested to learn any specific song or any specific choreography, that will also be taught. This class is for beginner and advanced levels.
Learning Goals: With a holistic approach to dance and movement, students explore themself and find their own movement and style. These classes improve their body flexibility, find balance and coordination, improve mood, and most importantly boost self-esteem.
