Referral Program

GENERAL RULES

 

  • Referred users should specify the referring person’s name and contact number at the time of first contact with Classbuk. The trial/enrollment form also has a reference question. 
  • The referring parent will be offered the option of multiple new subjects ( subject to the availability of teacher slots) to use the free credits. No separate free trial will be offered for the new subjects for which full free credits are being offered. Parents can use free credits for more than one new subject.
  • New Subjecs refers to subjects for which the referring parent is not already taking classes.
  • In case of enrollment by the new parent for 8 or more 1:1 sessions or group classes: One Class will be offered as free referral credit to both referrer and referee. Similarly free class credits of a total of 10 classes ( 5 classes each) for enrollment of 48 or more lessons by new parent. 
  • This applies to only new students from outside India. 
  • Referred New Parents  who are already registered with Classbuk ( though they may or may not be enrolled) cannot be considered for this program
  • Paying for fewer sessions instead of adding additional class credits is not permitted.
  • If the referring parent cannot take free credits for new subjects offered, then free class credits will be added to existing enrolled ongoing classes after the ongoing paid sessions are complete subject to approval by Classbuk. If multiple courses are being enrolled; Classbuk will add class credits to one of the courses at its discretion. 
  • If free class credits cannot be added to existing enrolled ongoing classes  (due to existing classes being group classes or fixed-duration classes etc or any other reason as decided by Classbuk) credit  will be added to the wallet for future use by the customer or paid. 
  • We will apply an approximate conversion rate for other currencies.
  • This does not apply to employees/interns/affiliates with Classbuk.
  • Not applicable to children of already registered parents with Classbuk or self-referrals.
  • This program is not valid for specific courses and workshops. 
  • The credit becomes available to referring parent after referred users ( ie new parents) complete their 5th paid  or 10th paid class ( for enrolment of  48 sessions) successfully ( Referral Credit Date)
  •  The referred amount can apply to a single transaction only.
  • In case of classes are discontinued, the refund amount will not include the balance for the free sessions extended for both referring parties 
  • The referral credit can be used within 6 months from the Referral Credit Date.
  • In case of cancellation of classes and refund requested by newly referred parents, Classbuk reserves the right to hold the referral credit. 
  • The referral amount will be allowed to only one referrer for each newly referred student.
  • Terms of the referral program are subject to change/termination at any point without prior intimation.
