• Earn commissions for qualified referrals
• You can refer any Client that is not an existing Classbuk customer already with Classbuk or registered with Classbuk before. 
• The prospective customer should add your reference contact at the time of registration. 
• The program is applicable for learners based overseas only ( not India based)  
• The referral fee tier is 10 % of the first net enrolled fee payment by the parent after applying all discounts and taxes applicable on single transaction Eg if Parent pays net USD 100 and taxes and bank + tax charges amount is  USD 5.  10 % of USD 95 will be eligible for affiliate commission. If the customer purchases another enrollment subsequently commission will not be applicable. 
• Payment will be made in Rupees equivalent to the Growth Partner. An approximate foreign conversion rate will be used for converting the credit to local currency. ( eg  USD 10 = INR 750)
• The credit becomes available to the Growth Partner  after the referred parent attends  2 of the paid classes. 
• Marketing material will be shared by Classbuk with growth partner or can be referred from our social media accounts and arranging of demos with students will be done by Classbuk. 
• All payments from parents will be made directly to Classbuk
• Credit will be allowed to only one referrer for each newly referred student. 
• Payment will be made through a bank transfer
• Payments are made by the 15th of each month for all eligible cases from the previous month. 
• This is not an employment contract 
• We only allow Growth Partners who use ethical marketing practices.
• Bank account details will be collected separately after first successful enrollment and completion of 2 paid classes by new parent. 
• Self-purchases will be voided.
• This program can be terminated/ changed at any point in time without notice by Classbuk
