1) Digital Marketing and HR Associate 
Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Digital marketing initiatives
  • Undertaking marketing projects to generate leads and drive enrollment growth
  • Onboarding Teachers  
  • Creating content for social media
  • SEO
  • Backup Ops

 

Skill(s) required:

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Strong business sense
  • Knowledge of social media marketing
  • Knowledge of SEO will be a plus.

2) Operations and Client Services Executive

( Hybrid/WFO)

(Ful time role)

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Daily Operations of scheduling demos, classes, reminders, and attendance tracking.
  • Handling Billing / MIS etc
  • Managing Teacher and Parents day to day issues

 

Skill(s) required:

  • Operational skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets
  • Agile in responding to queries
  • Knowledge of technology will be a big plus

3) Senior Client Services / Academic Manager 

(Hybrid/WFO)
(Full time role)

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Conduct tutor interviews and provide post-selection support for their optimal performance.
  • Tracking student progress
  • Checking Class Quality
  • Managing Demos
  • Managing teacher &  parent relationships
Skill(s) required:

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets
  • Agile in responding to queries
  • Prior online teaching experience is a big plus
