JOB OPENINGS (NON-TEACHING ROLES)

1) Junior Academic Coordinator   ( WFH/Remote )  Night shift role between  6 pm to 9 am.   POSITION CLOSED

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordination of classes and Class monitoring
  • Ops support

Skill(s) required:

  • Operational skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills

2) Digital Marketing and HR Executive   – WFO  

Key responsibilities include:

    • Digital marketing initiatives to generate leads
    • Managing Demos and driving enrollment growth.  
    • Support in the recruitment of teaching and non-teaching staff 

Skill(s) required:

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Strong business sense
  • Knowledge of social media marketing
  • Knowledge of SEO will be a plus.

3) Teacher’s Mentor + Growth Manager – WFO 

 Key responsibilities include:

  • Support in recruitment , interviewing  teaching and non-teaching staff.
  • Helping with growth initiatives.- coordinating workshops, demos etc and managing enquiries from international parents
  • Servicing existing and new parents and teachers for leads and service issues. 
  • Mentoring teachers to enhance the quality of education and learning outcomes. 

Skill(s) required:

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Recruitment 

4) Senior Client Services / Academic Manager – WFO 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operations Manager
  • Servicing teacher &  parent relationships
  • Tracking student progress
  • Conduct tutor interviews and provide post-selection support for their optimal performance.
  • Checking and enhancing Class Quality
  • Mentoring teachers to enhance the quality of education and learning outcomes.
  • Managing Leads

Skill(s) required:

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets
  • Agile in responding to queries
  • Prior online teaching experience is a big plus

5) Operations and Academic Coordinator – WFO 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily Operations of scheduling demos, classes, reminders, and attendance tracking.
  • Handling Billing / MIS etc
  • Managing Teacher and Parents day to day issues

Skill(s) required:

  • Operational skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets
  • Agile in responding to queries
  • Knowledge of technology will be a big plus

6) Product Development Tech Intern – Remote

Skills We’re Looking For
