For group classes, missed classes are counted as regular classes. Make-up classes for such students of a group class will be taken on a best effort basis. For private lessons, parents should inform Classbuk at least 24 hours in advance of any class rescheduling/cancellation requests. Rescheduled classes should be taken within the same week. Requests with less than 24 hrs notice will be serviced on a best-effort basis or else a missed class will be counted as a regular class. Parents can agree to a class reschedule / cancellation requests with the teacher directly in a class.  All such reschedule / cancellation requests should be informed to Classbuk by parents in writing.

We are focussing on skill building for learners aged 3-18 years and offering classes outside the regular school curriculum. Please visit Classes in Demand.  We encourage educators to teach classes on topics they are passionate about and experienced with, subject to class content policy.  We suggest offering a range of classes in three formats: one-time, fixed duration, and ongoing classes in standard pricing for making choices easier for parents.

We believe that many adults can offer rewarding classes based on their experience and interests. Classbuk does not require formal teaching credentials.  We do require background checks before the first class starts. Teachers should be residents/citizens of India and more than 18 years of age. Please refer to website terms and conditions and requirements for teaching in brief.

It’s free to list classes on Classbuk for teachers. There are no subscription charges. You receive your share or committed amount of payment after the class is completed.  The prices quoted on-site are all-inclusive ( ie including all taxes etc).  The company bears the cost of bank charges, taxes ( GST ), payment gateway fees, discounts etcc. Parents have the right to cancel and get a refund of non-completed classes as per the refund policy. Teachers can refer to the teacher payment section in our Terms & Conditions for details.

You need to maintain a reliable and fast Internet connection (over 15 Mbps upload and download) with power backup and a laptop /PC for your online classes.
