About Me

Hello Everyone ,
I am a music teacher and performer . I’ve been teaching in schools, privately and online to kids aged 5 – 18 and adults as well. I have  expertise in teaching the western vocals, keyboard and guitar at the  basic and intermediate level.

After a student masters these, I also offer the training to give Trinity exams as well. My approach towards teaching is result oriented , hence I set targets that need to be achieved post each class. I usually ask the students for an audio or video recording after their practice as homework, so I can plan the next class accordingly. 

Even though I have set concepts and exercises to strengthen the foundation, I don’t follow a set curriculum because each child has a different pace and different requirements. I prefer customizing each class based on the practice done in the previous class. I like to leave the platform open when it comes to choice of songs, so that interest and practice can go hand in hand for the child/ student. I am very easily approachable and easy to talk to.

Western Vocal course is designed to get you started singing with pitch and rhythm, if you are a complete beginner. You will be able to sing numerous songs as your voice will be trained to become stronger, improve your vocal range and become more flexible. Along with this, you will learn the basics of music theory, techniques and concepts required to take you to the next level.You will learn at your own pace by following the lessons that guide you through a step by step process of developing vocal ability.

It is a progressive course designed to make Singing your favourite thing to do!

Learning Goals: Learners will be able to sing using their DYNAMIC voice as opposed to an untrained voice. The results will be seen within 2-3 classes. A better sense of understanding musical notes and an absolute command over pronunciation will be seen.
