Phonics Specialist
About Me
As an independent educator by profession, I teach phonics to children of ages 5 to 10. A trained and certified Phonics teacher, I have been taking online classes for a year now. My experience of teaching also includes my involvement in tutoring school children offline. I have also had the opportunity to conduct toddler playgroup classes.

The concept of phonics is taught using the Jolly Phonics method, which comprises 42 basic sounds and more alternative sounds. The method of blending will be taught step by step, and the child will be hand held and taught to read. Some basic rules of blending will also be covered and explained to the child in an age-appropriate manner.
Learning Goals: The students will be able to blend and read many 3-letter, 4-letter, and 5-letter words. They will also be given sight word practice, sentence reading, and story reading practice.
