#Project Conquer: World Record Attempt
Our founders, Amit and Seema Goel, along with their two teenage daughters, Shagun and Akshara, will be undertaking one of the world’s most iconic adventures: the trek to Everest Base Camp, including a landing at Lukla Airport, often regarded as the world’s most dangerous airport. During this trek, the family representing Classbuk will attempt a unique world record: conducting a live online session from the highest altitude on Earth, attended by participants from the largest number of countries.
Through this initiative, Classbuk hopes to demonstrate the extraordinary power of technology-enabled education and women’s empowerment —proving that learning and teaching can transcend all geographical boundaries and reach even the remotest corners of the planet.

The trek will begin on 17th May, and the session is expected to be conducted on 25 or 26 May. Specific date and time of the attempt and joining link will be shared closer to the attempt.
Please note: The success of this attempt will depend on several factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, oxygen levels, connectivity, and physical fitness. Given the limited internet access at such extreme altitudes, participation slots will be limited. Participation certificates are also planned for all confirmed attendees at a nominal cost.
