Classbuk, established in 2020, is a global online learning platform, offering live, interactive classes for children in Grades KG to 12 and even adults across 40+ academic and extracurricular subjects. Classes are taught by experienced teachers, with options for 1:1 or small group sessions. The platform emphasises personalised learning, flexible scheduling, continuous quality monitoring by Classbuk and tools to help parents track their child’s progress. Classbuk understands the emotional aspects of online learning. Classes are designed to be engaging and supportive, helping children build confidence and motivation. Teachers form immediate connections with students, and regular feedback/Parent Teacher Meetings ensure parents are involved and reassured throughout the learning journey.

How are teachers selected?
All teachers undergo a rigorous selection process to ensure quality and safety. Less than 1% of the teacher applicants are selected. They are chosen for their expertise, teaching ability, and their capacity to connect with children emotionally and academically.
How does Classbuk ensure quality and consistency in teaching?
The teacher who conducts the demo session will continue with the actual classes, ensuring consistency and trust. Classes are regularly monitored for quality, and feedback is encouraged from parents to maintain high standards
How are classes scheduled and what if I need to reschedule?
Classes are scheduled as per your convenience and can be rescheduled with advance notice. For group classes, missed sessions are counted as regular classes, but make-up classes may be arranged on a best-effort basis. For 1:1 classes, flexible rescheduling is available within the same week with proper notice.
What are the payment options?
Classbuk offers flexible payment options in over 100 currencies via payment gateways / bank transfer modes and allows enrollment in short-duration packages.
What is the refund policy?
Refund policies are parent-friendly and transparent. It’s important to us that everyone has a positive experience learning with Classbuk
Parents have multiple options, including a no-questions-asked, easy refund policy in case they or their child do not want to continue with any of the paid classes

Do I need to send joining link with my child before every class?
Upcoming classes with joining links can be viewed on student’s account for his/her direct access.
What is the pricing?
We offer attractive pricing for 1:1 and small group classes. Group classes can be as small as 2 students and are available at lower prices. Classes can be enrolled in as less as 8 sessions. Payment can be made in your local foreign currency using any international credit/debit card without requiring t save beneficiary details. Payments are accepted in 100+ currencies via payment gateways or bank transfers.
