About Me

I am a CELTA-certified English language trainer with over 10 years of experience teaching English (Spoken and Written) to children and adults of all language levels – beginner, intermediate and advanced. CELTA is a widely recognized certification in English language teaching awarded by Cambridge Assessment English, a part of the University of Cambridge.

I have extensive experience teaching Communicative English that aims to hone language skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) through interactive activities. Each aspect of language proficiency, such as comprehension, grammar, and vocabulary, is addressed based on the learners’ interests and requirements.

Furthermore, I have a rich background in teaching creative writing that fosters imagination and critical thinking while nurturing young minds to find their unique voice and self-expression. As we explore the world of literature, we will also delve into various kinds and genres of writing and cover topics like descriptive writing, storytelling, character sketch and analysis, journal writing, and exploring visual cues among others.

I believe in making language learning an interactive, enriching, engaging, and immersive experience. I am committed to creating a supportive, encouraging, and welcoming environment where students feel inspired to express themselves through the magic of words, both orally and in writing.

Since I understand that each learner is unique, my lessons are tailor-made to suit their needs and interests. Learning a language takes time, so we will pace the lessons suitably and try to achieve your learning goals while celebrating every accomplishment during the learning journey.
